• Physical Stamina: Comfortable working long shifts, standing for extended periods, and able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Problem-Solver: Proactive and able to think on your feet when handling unexpected challenges, whether it's an issue with a guest or a supply shortage.
• Reliable & Responsible: Consistently punctual and dependable, ensuring that shifts are covered and responsibilities are met. Demonstrates accountability, especially with money handling and following all liquor laws and safety protocols.
• Knowledge of Liquor Laws & Responsible Service: Understands and adheres to all local and state alcohol regulations. Dedicated to maintaining a responsible and safe drinking environment for guests.
• Team Player: Willing to collaborate, share knowledge, and support teammates to ensure smooth operations and an enjoyable work environment for everyone.

Basic Expectations Include, but Are Not Limited To:

• Guest Relations: Establish and maintain positive relationships with guests, ensuring their needs are met and their experience exceeds expectations.
• Order Accuracy: Serve drinks and cigars with precision, ensuring all orders are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
• Lounge Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized lounge, including proper handling of glassware, supplies, and cigar accessories.
• Money Handling: Ensure accurate cash handling, including tips and transactions, while adhering to all financial protocols.
• Compliance: Adhere to all local liquor laws, safety guidelines, and responsible beverage service practices.

Qualifications

• 2 years of serving experience in a hospitality-driven environment.
• Knowledge of cigars and drink pairings is a plus (training provided).
