Responsibilities:
Retail Mastery: Oversee the daily operations our Cigar Lounge and Pipe Shop. Manage inventory, implement effective merchandising strategies, and provide outstanding customer service to drive sales.
Product Expertise: While retail management is your forte, having a passion for cigars and pipe tobacco is a significant advantage. Your knowledge will enhance the customer experience, making our establishment a destination for enthusiasts.
Customer Relations: Build lasting relationships with our diverse clientele, catering to the preferences of both cigar and pipe enthusiasts. Your approachable demeanor and commitment to customer satisfaction will elevate our lounge and shop.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of success in a similar setting.
- An interest in and basic knowledge of cigars and pipe tobacco (previous experience in this field is a plus).

Tasks:
- Manage and supervise a team of retail associates
- Train new employees on store policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store traffic and maximize sales
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Maintain inventory levels and order new merchandise as needed
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and expectations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of stock management and inventory control practices
- Experience with cash register operations and cash handling procedures
- Ability to conduct interviews and assist with employee orientation
- Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
