Plan lessons for daily instruction that derive from state standards, assessments, and curriculum. Create a classroom environment that engages and supports all students in learning and is appropriate to the maturity and interests of students. Evaluate student learning and revise instruction accordingly. Structure teaching to encourage independent thinking by students. Effectively prepare and use instructional materials and technology resources. Maintain appropriate expectations for all students and provide appropriate feedback.
