Position Summary
Candidate must assist with implementing the defensive system, practice sessions, recruit outstanding student-athletes to the University and meet recruiting goals for the football program. Candidate must also demonstrate techniques for improvement of the defensive players as well as execute programs directed by the Defensive Coordinator and Head Coach. Assist the Head Coach and defensive staff to continually analyze the defensive team, including strategy, planning, devising a defensive scout team, game plan development and adjustments to ensure peak performance. Bachelor’s degree required; 4 years coaching experience required:
