Position Summary
The WSSU University Post Office is looking for an enthusiastic, confident individual to fill the position of Mail Clerk.
Qualified candidates will possess excellent communication skills, stellar customer service capabilities, and strong organizational abilities.

Primary Function of Organizational Unit
The mission of the Business Services Department is to provide high-quality services to the university community across multiple areas, including Auxiliary Services, Passport Services, Postal Services, the Ticket Office, Dining Services, the Bookstore, RamGraphics, Ram Card Services, and Conferences and Institutes. We ensure that all auxiliary and support units within the department operate efficiently,

This position also ensures that all charges are correctly posted to the appropriate departments. Key responsibilities include sorting incoming mail and distributing it to students’ mailboxes and campus departments, scanning and recording packages, and maintaining proper tracking of products sold from the post office, such as stamps and money orders.
