Shift times : Weekdays : 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, with a 1 hour lunch Frequency : Monday-Friday, every week- no call, would also consider someone who could do only a few days / week Facility Location : 1595 Soquel, Suite 400, Santa Cruz, CA Setting : Internal Medicine- will consider a strong FP but that is not ideal.
Duties : Typical IM clinic population average age 70.
About half male / female with multiple comorbidities, such as diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, chf, etc.
Requirements : Board Certification BC in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics is a plus.
Site will consider candidate BC in Family Medicine if they have experience in IM Family Medicine.
Active CA license-REQUIREDBLS REQUIRED.
Clean malpractice / background
- HIGHLY PREFERRED.
