Desktop Engineer/Support
Seeking Desktop Engineer. Supports a range of voice, AV technologies and VOIP.
No Agencies.
Requirements of 3-5 years experience of the following:
Hardware and Software support of both Windows and MAC systems.
Support Alcatel-Lucent VOIP systems
OpenTouch Voicemail
Redbox VOIP (radio and analog)
Support for LogMeIn Rescue
Strong knowledge of AV systems support including Creston and basic audio production.
Using Papercut, company printing solution
Maintain inventory records.
Deliver IT white glove support
Experience with KACE, JAMF, TeamDynamix d LogMeIn Rescue
Occasional evening and weekend hours required.
