Job Responsibilities:
Driving Duties:
Safely operate company vehicles (vans, box trucks, or delivery trucks) to transport goods to customers, vendors, or job sites.
Load and unload materials, ensuring accurate deliveries.
Plan efficient routes and adhere to delivery schedules.
Inspect and maintain the vehicle, reporting any issues promptly.
Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
Warehouse Duties:
Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if required).
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license (can train for CDL license).
Clean driving record with experience operating delivery vehicles.
Ability to lift and move heavy items (typically 50 lbs).
Experience in warehouse operations, shipping, or logistics preferred.
Forklift certification (optional but beneficial).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:
Split time between driving and working in a warehouse setting.
May require early mornings, late evenings, or weekend shifts.
Physically demanding role with frequent lifting, bending, and standing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
