Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative based in Gilbert, AZ. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include taking incoming calls, processing orders, assisting with product inquiries, and building strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Experience in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Proficiency in Account Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
