Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Winsupply
of Gilbert. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for customer service and a strong
understanding of HVAC products and solutions. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely
with our customers to identify their needs, provide expert advice, process orders, and help drive
sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound customer inquiries and provide expert recommendations on HVAC
products and solutions.
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring
satisfaction.
Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs, specifications, and budget.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to offer informed advice to
customers.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory
management.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the branch.
Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
Assist in managing inventory, tracking product availability, and placing reorders as needed.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and grow existing
accounts.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
1-2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the HVAC, construction, or related
industry.
Knowledge of HVAC products and systems is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers.
Proficient in using computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
