Job Summary: The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for executing day-to-day HR activities with a focus on operational efficiency and compliance. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive HR professional who can manage multiple tasks and provide tactical HR support to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs.
- HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and maintain accurate HR records.
- HR Reporting: Prepare and analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- HR Projects: Lead and support HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and employee experience.
- Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, conduct investigations, and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner. Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Talent Management: Execute the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
- Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance management processes, including performance reviews and employee development plans.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- PHR Certification. SHRM CP Certification, preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR software (UKG is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
