Wintegrity is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Supervisor in Ann Arbor & Troy, MI with a strong background in maintenance management and experience with multi-family residential properties. This role involves coordinating maintenance activities, handling repairs, and ensuring that the properties are well-maintained and in optimal condition. Must be proactive towards maintenance tasks to oversee maintenance and grounds personnel, ensuring the ongoing upkeep of the residential properties and maintaining the community to the highest standards of quality and satisfaction. HVAC certification is Required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Supervise other maintenance and grounds personnel.
- Oversee ongoing maintenance needs, including preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate with vendors for contracted services, including capital improvement projects.
- Prepare apartments for make-ready turns.
- Perform general maintenance duties as necessary.
- Respond to after-hour emergency calls and perform on-call duties.
- Handle snow removal and maintain grounds, including common areas.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC and other mechanical systems.
- Complete work orders for service requests, including plumbing, carpentry, and light electrical.
QUALIFICATIONS :
EDUCATION : High school diploma or equivalent.
CERTIFICATION : HVAC certification is required .
