We’re looking for:

• Located in the Greater Jacksonville, FL area or willing to relocate.
• Experience building commercial construction projects with a General Contractor.
• Background as a lead Superintendent on healthcare or higher education projects of $10mm .
• Proficiency in Near-Term Scheduling, Safety & Subcontractor Management.
• Experience Supervising Field Staff, including Assistant Superintendents.
