We're looking for a Financial Advisor to join our team, where you'll provide tailored financial solutions to both employer and individual clients.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Employer Planning
- Collaborate with business clients to develop, implement, and oversee group retirement plans (such as 401(k), Simple IRA, 403(b)), along with life insurance solutions (including group life, keyman insurance, and buy / sell agreements), as well as long-term care and disability coverage
- Educate clients on available financial solutions and products, strategies for implementation, and the value these benefits bring to employees
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including proper plan documentation and reporting requirements
- Provide on-going and consistent support to client to ensure continued success of financial products and services
