Small Equipment / Hot Shot Driver
Independence Excavating is looking for a hard working and ambitious Class A Hot Shot driver in our Pittsburgh location. This position does require Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.

A typical day looks like :
- Loading and unloading trucks and trailers with required tools, parts, equipment, materials, etc.
- Keeping accurate DOT, local, state and federal regulations and paperwork
- Keeping accurate company paperwork in order to track the location of each item every time it is moved to a new location
- Performing miscellaneous yard, shop, or other duties as needed
- Maintaining cleanliness of assigned vehicle on a daily basis
- Complying with all safety procedures and training
- Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections making sure truck and trailer are in safe operating conditions
- Other duties as assigned
