Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and customer facing.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to clients.
• Handle outbound and inbound calls to follow up on customer feedback and service satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling cash transactions.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professionalism in all communications.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
• Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus.
• Proficiency in using office software and computerized systems for record keeping.
• Experience with cash handling is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
