What are the responsibilities and job description for the 24-25 Afterschool Program - Door Monitor (Winter Hill) position at WINTER HILL COMM. INNOVATION?
Job Goal: The Door Monitor is responsible for monitoring the main entrance of the school, and for maintaining a professional and courteous relationship with the staff, children, and families in the programs.
Qualifications:
- Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Attendance Record
Responsibilities:
- Screens visitors before allowing them into the building
- Operates desk/bell intercom to allow people to come in through the Main office for Afterschool pick up
- Directs parents/guardians to specific rooms of academic and activity clubs that their student participates in
- Answer phones in the Main Office and transferring calls
- Other duties as assigned
