Duties

- Manage payroll processes using systems such as Paylocity and Dayforce to ensure accurate and timely compensation for employees.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement initiatives and addressing employee concerns effectively.
- Lead process improvement efforts within the HR department to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in HR operations.
- Present HR metrics and reports to senior leadership to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining best practices in human resources management.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within human resources or related field.
- Strong knowledge of performance management systems and employee relations practices.
- Proficiency in human capital management software, specifically Paylocity and Dayforce.
