Patient Coordinator

Dr. Carlos Pires is a privately owned periodontal dental practice with 2 locations in the heart of Orlando. Our goal is to provide each patient with a dental experience that exceeds their highest expectations! Our team has a passion for building long-term relationships with our patients and each other. Now, we are seeking a passionate Patient Coordinator to join our team!

As a Patient Coordinator on our team, you will:

• Provide excellent patient service, and address any inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism

• Maintain organization, update records of insurance claims, payments, and communications

• Schedule and confirm appointments

• Answer incoming calls from existing and new patients

• Accurately document, update, and maintain patient records

• Complete various other office tasks as needed

Our team enjoys a 4 day work week - Tuesday - Friday.

Tuesday & Friday 8:45 am- 5:15pm at our Lake Nona location

Wednesday & Thursday 8:45 am - 5:15pm at our Winter Park location

Mondays are optional as admin days.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• 1 years of proven experience in a dental office (required)

• A 5-star service approach to patient care

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week
