Job Description
The Facilities Crew Member is responsible for providing janitorial and bussing service to base and mountain facilities, special event assignments, and assisting guests in a friendly and helpful manner.
This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Janitorial Services: Clean and maintain facilities, including restrooms, common areas, and event spaces.
- Bussing Service: Provide trash removal and recycling services throughout the resort.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with directions, answer questions, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Event Support: Set up and tear down event equipment, including staging, drapes, skirting, and audiovisual equipment.
- Maintenance: Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Janitorial experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office suite.
