">Job Description: As a Resort Wedding Coordinator, you will be responsible for converting prospective clientele into committed Winter Park customers through in-office visits, property tours, and proactive communication. You will present, negotiate, and successfully sell lodging, food and beverage, and resort services products/programs to wedding groups. Your expertise will ensure that every wedding event is meticulously planned, executed, and exceeds client expectations.
">Responsibilities:
- Process signed group contracts and deposits and all payments
- Quality-check group bookings in Delphi from sales and ensure Delphi accuracy while under group services
- Facilitate and coordinate all timing/schedules for groups including lift orders, rooming lists, banquet, F&B, transportation, welcome bags, registration, etc.
- Create BEO's, MEO's, Rooming lists, Invoices, Floor Plans, etc.
- Pro-actively keep groups on time with set schedules defined in their contract and BEO
- Liaison between group sales, Bride & Groom and F&B department on wedding coordination
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Proficient utilization of sales/catering account management system (Delphi) and SMS reservations systems is required. Experience in event planning, catering, or hospitality industries is a plus. We offer competitive hourly pay ranging from $18-$22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
