Essential Duties
This role requires a high level of flexibility and adaptability, as you will be working varied shifts, including overnight, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Your responsibilities will include:
- Protecting Winter Park Resort assets by transferring deposits, handling change orders, monitoring buildings and vehicles, and collecting monies from seasonal lockers and token lockers.
- Managing and assisting with 24-hour building access for guests and employees using keys, card access, alarm systems, and door codes.
- Assisting Traffic Control by enforcing traffic regulations, jump-starting vehicles, providing lock-out services, and towing during and after hours.
- Addressing guest complaints and problems, providing information, finding lost people, solving ski equipment mix-ups, filing ski theft reports, giving refunds, and handling Lost and Found.
- Maintaining night logs, documenting shift duties, and administering the resort motor pool program.
