What are the responsibilities and job description for the Produce Closer position at Winter Ridge Natural Foods?
Our produce team is doing what fruits & veg do: GROWING!
We're seeking a focused, hardworking & detail oriented individual to join the ranks as a produce closer. Required shifts are Sunday-Thursday (11a-7:30p).
Qualified candidates will possess:
- Extreme attention to detail (all produce requires rotation, inspection and proper cleaning/treatment).
- Ability to multi-task & remain task oriented (balancing customer conversations, staff conversations, etc. with tasks at hand)
- Product knowledge & education
- Ability to work within a tight knit group
Requirements:
- Sunday-Thursday (11a-7:30p)
- Able to safely lift 50
- Comfortable working on your feet
- Customer service knowledge
- Basic knowledge of organic produce interest in expanding knowledge.
Position starts at $15 (depending on experience).
