The Regional Administrative Account Manager is responsible for assisting in all aspects of snow and land season preparation, auditing, billing, customer management, and paperwork management for the regional world. The Administrative Account Manager will also help assist both the Regional Sales Manager and Regional Operations Managers.
This position will be remote and is available for candidates based on the states of Wisconsin or Illinois.

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work during the season. Some travel may be required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaison with Regional Operations Manager to prepare agreements, site assignments and equipment rates for new/existing subcontractors
- Serve as a point of contact or backup between assigned accounts/clients and Winter Services to ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Build and maintain Subcontractor file and ensure receipt of all required forms (i.e. signed agreement, W-9, C.O.I.)
- Ensure new subcontractors provide all necessary paperwork to the office PRIOR to performing work on a customer’s site
- Ensure the completion of required paperwork from subcontractor prior to submitting it to the clearing house
- Ability to work with Sales, Directors, Operations Managers, and other WSI companies.
- Utilize and update CRM to reflect current and potential customers
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for more involved bids and RFPs as needed
- Assist with client portals and service requests throughout the winter season
- Assist with Pre/Post Regional District follow ups with customers and subcontractors
- Assist with updating property site maps
- Assist with performing various filing projects
- Assist with cold-calling subcontractors for new accounts
- Assist with Customer Service support (taking customer calls and logging into Salesforce, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Knowledge of general office procedures
- Proficient in use of general office equipment (fax and copy machine)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Discretion and trustworthiness due to access and assistance with confidential information
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
