Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and personalized service
- Identify opportunities to expand services and offer value-added solutions to clients
- Address and resolve client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate and manage landscaping projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client specifications are met
- Work closely with the operations team to schedule crews and allocate resources efficiently
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress and quality of ongoing projects and weekly maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and contributing to sales growth by generating proposals and bids for enhancement projects
- Prepare and present detailed service proposals to prospective clients
- Monitor project budgets and track expenses to ensure profitability
- Clearly understand and be able to communicate to senior management on account status, project progress, and financial performance
- Approve invoices and ensure timely billing for services rendered
- Work closely with internal teams, including crew members, maintenance team and irrigation department to ensure that client needs are met
- Provide training and support to junior team members or new hires
- Ensure all landscaping services meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations
- Conduct regular quality control checks and resolve any issues promptly
- All other duties as assigned
- Experience in landscaping management or a related field preferred
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Proven track record of managing client accounts and successful project delivery
- Strong knowledge of landscaping services, including design, maintenance, irrigation, and horticulture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and teams
- Proficient in project management and budgeting
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with landscaping software (e.g., Aspire, Salesforce, Netsuite or similar tools) is a plus
- Goal oriented, strong collaborative mindset
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Ability to perform site visits, including walking on uneven terrain and inspecting landscaping projects
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
