About the Position
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, mission-driven, and self-motivated fundraising professional to join our team. As the Director of Development, you will have the chance to evaluate and build out the development team, initiate and implement fundraising strategies, and utilize resources to identify potential major gift prospects.
You will be responsible for managing and evaluating development staff, hiring new staff as needed, and taking actions in the best interest of Winter4Kids with respect to community relations, volunteer efforts, services, gifts, and fundraising from public and private sources.
