Key Qualifications:

• Previous veterinary technician or management experience is required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational oversight of the hospital.
• Mentor and support the technician and receptionist teams to foster growth and development.
• Manage the financial health and business development of the practice, including budgeting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee client care and communication, coaching support staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Split time between administrative duties and being hands-on with the team on the floor.
