POSITION : Specialist, Human Resources
FLSA : Non-Exempt
DEPARTMENT : Human Resources
REPORTS TO : Director, Human Resources
SUMMARY : Human Resources Specialist will be detail-oriented and proactive with a focus on HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) to join our team. This role involves managing HR data integrity, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting the efficient onboarding process. The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.

Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following :
- First Point of Contact : Serve as the primary point of contact for end users, resolving HRIS-related inquiries and technical issues.
- Onboarding : Oversee and streamline the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with company policies.
- HRIS System Support : Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensure smooth HRM system operations, and perform scheduled activities to improve processes and meet HR requirements.
- Data Integrity Management : Run system queries, analyze HR data, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of information in the HRIS.
- Confidentiality : Maintain confidentiality of all employee information and ensure it is handled with discretion.
- System Maintenance : Ensure timely updates and changes to team member data within the HRIS system.
- ADP Expertise : Leverage ADP systems for efficient HR management, including troubleshooting, reporting, and optimizing features to support organizational goals.
- Additional Duties : Perform any other duties as assigned to support the HR team and broader company goals
