Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes and milling machines, to produce parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret CAD drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure accuracy in production.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist in troubleshooting machine issues and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using CAD software, with SolidWorks experience being a plus.
- Familiarity with welding processes is advantageous.

- Strong understanding of precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
- Knowledge of press operations is desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
