Winters Recreation is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finishing Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that every golf cart leaving our facility meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. As a Finishing Technician you will finish assembly on new carts, making them ready for the show room, or delivery to the customer. Golf carts can also be custom ordered for customer needs & wants, which may include adding all types of accessories. This individual needs to work independently, with minimal supervision or in teams to complete custom projects on time and within budgets established by management. Must be capable of maintaining high standards of quality and safety at all times.

4-day workweek/10 hour shift available with a rotating Saturday shift of every 4th 8:30 am-12:30 pm.
Salary : $19 - $23
