Job Summary
Winters Run is seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. This role involves managing staff, optimizing service quality, and enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests.
Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of the food and beverage department, including restaurants, bars, and catering services.
- Train, develop, and supervise staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Implement training development programs to enhance employee skills in hospitality management and customer service.
- Oversee the operation of POS systems to ensure accurate order processing and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain food safety standards while ensuring quality control in food preparation.
- Plan and coordinate catering events, ensuring all details meet members' & guests' expectations.
- Monitor inventory levels of food and beverage supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Address member & guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within all food service areas.
Experience
- Proven experience in a Food & Beverage management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in golf courses or restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Experience in staff training and development, with a focus on enhancing customer service skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems and their operational functionalities.
- Background in cooking or culinary arts is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
