Winterville Insurance is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our growing Personal Lines Team in Winterville, NC. The Account Manager works closely with producers, carriers, and clients to perform the day-to-day maintenance and servicing of assigned accounts as well as grow their book of business. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to process endorsements, conduct audits, perform renewal reviews, and write insurance policies
- Responsible for delivering service in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner
- Assist with outbound call campaigns
- Respond to questions and requests from customers quickly and accurately

Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in Insurance or other Customer Service related role
- North Carolina P&C license preferred
