Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through various lead generation methods (referrals, networking, and direct outreach).
- Assess clients' needs and recommend the best life insurance products suited to their personal or family situation.
- Conduct face-to-face or virtual meetings to explain policy details, answer questions, and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product offerings, and competitive market insights.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the life cycle of the policy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in life insurance or financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
- A valid life insurance license is preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
