We’re seeking a part-time Property Manager to join our team in the Huddy, KY area. The Property manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the property. Duties include but not limited to collecting rents, filing evictions, annual recertifications, move-ins, move-outs, unit inspections, preparation for State inspections.
Job Type: Part-Time (24 hours per week).
Compensation: $15.00-18.00 per hour based on experience, plus a monthly cell phone reimbursement of $50.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Previous property management experience.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Effectively communicates with staff, residents, vendors and other individuals.
- Excellent customer service skills and able to work well in a team environment.
- Steady work history.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel for training.
- Willingness and ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
Responsibilities:
- Assumes responsibility for the leasing and effectively marketing the property.
- Markets, forecasts, and projects upcoming move-outs in order to fill units quickly and maintain target occupancy.
- Completes applicant screenings to determine eligibility.
- Shows units to prospective residents.
- Adheres to all HUD, Rural Development, Tax Credit, Public Housing and/or Conventional Housing standards.
- Completes appropriate paperwork and follows compliance guidelines for leasing.
- Responsible for collecting and depositing rent payments.
- Other related tasks.
