About the Role
The successful candidate will have a background in IT hardware support, hardware asset management experience, and ServiceNow experience. You will be responsible for receiving and tagging hardware assets, ensuring accuracy of asset data, performing physical inventories on assets located at Rosemont campus buildings and occasionally other sites, and coordinating pickups to disposal vendor.
You will also perform hard drive disposal processes, including drive removal, asset tagging, recording data, and data destruction via degaussing or shredding. Furthermore, you will maintain consumables data in the asset tracking system and check for inventory accuracy.
