The Senior Cash Disbursement Specialist is also responsible for running various reports, imports / exports, managing and responding to requests, and researching and / or resolving issues within area of responsibility. This also includes the preparation and maintenance of documentation within the department and coordinating and assisting with department meetings and the training and development of coworkers.What You’ll DoPromptly and accurately research, review and approve pending refund disbursements up to authority level.Process complex disbursement adjustments and coordinate any additional entries needed into the general ledger.Manage department email box and distribute items to team members for processing. Handle complex requests from department physical mail and email box. Promptly and accurately process requests and / or respond to inquiries from internal and external customers. Take corrective action as necessary to resolve issues.Process daily loan disbursements by issuing and mailing checks, coordinating ACH payments, and entering wire transfers.Prepare and / or maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation within area of responsibility. Help coordinate and assist with department meetings along with training and development of team members. Generate, review, distribute and / or process a variety of daily operational reports, imports and exports from internal systems and bank websites. Assist in researching and resolving items in general ledger accounts, including processing necessary entries to clear outstanding items.
