Job Description
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will build lasting relationships with customers by discovering their financial needs and tailoring product and service recommendations. You will collaborate with business partners to connect customers to experts who can help with specialized needs. Your responsibilities will include operating a teller drawer, opening accounts, performing account maintenance, and assisting customers with digital products. Depending on the shift, you may be responsible for bank opening/closing or helping support community and bank events.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role; prior banking experience preferred. High school degree or equivalent required, along with intermediate computer skills.
