Your Role as a Client Relationship Specialist :
In this role, you will foster and maintain meaningful relationships with customers, leveraging your financial expertise to provide tailored solutions that meet their individual needs. As part of our team, you will :
Build lasting customer relationships by understanding their financial requirements and recommending suitable products and services.
Work closely with business partners in Mortgage and Wealth Management to connect clients with specialists for more complex needs.
Handle teller operations to assist customers promptly in the lobby and drive-up.
Open new accounts, perform maintenance, and guide customers on digital banking products.
Identify and mitigate potential fraud and other risks.
Be responsible for branch opening and closing depending on your assigned shift.
Engage with the community through support of local and bank-sponsored events.
What You Need to Qualify :
1-3 years of experience in customer service, financial services, or sales.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Intermediate computer skills are necessary.

Compensation :
The estimated hourly rate for this position is $21.00 - $28.00, plus the potential for monthly commissions. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as qualifications, skills, and experience.
