Your Role :
As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will cultivate and sustain valuable relationships with our clients using your financial expertise to recommend tailored solutions that meet their needs. In this important role, you will :
Develop lasting relationships by identifying clients' financial needs and offering customized product and service recommendations.
Collaborate with business partners in Mortgage and Wealth Management to connect clients with specialized experts.
Provide teller services to customers in the lobby and drive-up locations.
Assist clients in opening new accounts and performing account maintenance while guiding them through our digital solutions.
Proactively identify potential fraud and risk issues to protect our clients and the bank.
Depending on your shift, you may be responsible for the opening and closing of the bank.
Engage in supporting community and bank events.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, financial services, or sales.
Previous banking experience is preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Proficiency in intermediate computer skills.

Compensation :
The estimated hourly rate for this position ranges from $21.00 to $28.00, with the potential to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
