Your Responsibilities :
As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our customers by leveraging your financial expertise to offer tailored solutions for their needs. Your contributions will enhance the branch's success by :
Developing meaningful connections with customers, identifying their financial requirements, and suggesting appropriate products and services.
Collaborating with specialists in our Mortgage and Wealth Management divisions to provide customers with expert guidance for complex financial needs.
Managing a teller drawer while serving customers at the lobby and drive-up.
Opening new accounts, performing account maintenance, and assisting customers with our digital services.
Identifying potential fraud risks and taking necessary precautions.
Handling bank opening and closing duties, depending on your shift.
Assisting with community and bank events to promote our services.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, financial services, or sales.
Banking experience is preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Intermediate computer skills are necessary.

Compensation :
The estimated hourly rate for this position ranges from $21.00 to $28.00, in addition to eligibility for an annual bonus. Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
