Your role as a Client Relationship Specialist :
In this dynamic position, you will build and nurture meaningful relationships with customers. Your expertise will allow you to recommend tailored financial solutions to meet their unique needs. Key responsibilities include :
Develop lasting relationships with clients by identifying their financial needs and providing appropriate product and service recommendations.
Collaborate with colleagues in specialized fields (Mortgage, Wealth Management) to connect customers with the right experts.
Operate a teller drawer and assist customers in the lobby and drive-up.
Open accounts, perform account maintenance, and assist customers with digital banking products.
Identify and address potential fraud and other risks.
Depending on your schedule, you may be responsible for opening and closing the bank.
Support the bank's community events and initiatives.
Qualifications :
At least 2 years of experience in customer service, financial service, or sales.
Banking experience is preferred.
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Intermediate computer skills are necessary.
Willingness to travel between branch locations and attend networking events as needed.

Compensation :
The estimated hourly rate for this position is $21.00-$28.00, with the potential to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay will vary based on your qualifications, skills, and experience.
