We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full-Time Teller to join our team. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and handling a variety of financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process a range of financial transactions, including check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, loan payments, and more
- Operate a teller drawer to serve customers and bank personnel in lobby or drive-up
- Recognize potential cross-sell opportunities and direct customers to appropriate bank personnel
- Develop skills to identify potential fraud and report to management as necessary
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in cash handling or customer service
- High school degree or equivalent
- Ability to travel between branches
- Availability to work all shifts, including Saturdays
