What You'll Do
- Build lasting relationships with customers, discovering their financial needs and tailoring product recommendations
- Collaborate with business partners to connect customers to experts for specialized needs
- Operate a teller drawer, opening accounts, performing account maintenance, and assisting with digital products
- Recognize potential fraud and other risks
- Help support community and bank events
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, financial services, or sales
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Intermediate computer skills
