Position Overview :
The Commercial Real Estate Lender plays a crucial role in managing and expanding a portfolio of commercial real estate clients. This position emphasizes exceptional customer service to build and strengthen relationships while proactively promoting our diverse products and services.
What You'll Do :
- Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial real estate relationships, focusing on revenue growth and cross-selling services.
- Handle various real estate transactions including multifamily, retail, industrial, office, self-storage, land development, and commercial construction loans.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships while establishing new prospects through referrals and outreach.
- Participate in loan syndications and manage those relationships effectively.
- Network with CRE centers of influence, investors, and attorneys to cultivate a robust referral base.
- Prepare and present credit memos and deal terms, ensuring accuracy and adherence to credit guidelines.
- Oversee review and underwriting of credit requests and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Lead the development and mentoring of less experienced commercial real estate lenders and portfolio managers.

Compensation :
The estimated salary range for this role is between $105,000 and $167,000, with additional opportunities for annual bonuses. Actual salary will vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
