Job Description Summary
The Business Strategy Analyst will serve as a subject matter contributor for organizing and coordinating strategic business analysis services to business partners. The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of the processes, services, roadmap, and the context in which the business team operates. The Business Strategy Analyst will look for opportunities to increase efficiency in the various business units. They will also work on projects that will deliver value to the company's strategic plan. This role will be key to understanding and documenting capabilities and business, functional and technical requirements needed to address business challenges. Business Strategy Analysts work closely with business resources and stakeholders, technology teams, various vendors, third-party consultants, and implementers.

The estimated salary range for this role is $71,000 - $92,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
