Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests to the restaurant, take drink orders, and deliver beverages and appetizers in a timely manner.
- Take food orders, repeat orders back to guests for clarification, and ensure that all orders are prepared correctly.
- Attend to guests' needs, respond to requests, and provide excellent service throughout their meal.
- Maintain table appearance by pre-bussing, checking drink levels, and removing clutter.
- Total bills accurately, present checks, and handle payments and credit card transactions.
