Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Server Host to join our team at Wintzell's Oyster House. As a Server Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take drink orders and deliver beverages to guests in a timely manner.
- Attend to guests' needs throughout their meal, including delivering food and checking on their satisfaction.
- Maintain table appearance by pre-bussing, checking drink levels, and removing clutter.
- Total bills accurately and provide change or credit card vouchers as needed.
- Provide a warm and pleasant farewell to guests and invite them to return.
Requirements:
- Must always be dressed neatly and well-groomed in company-approved uniform.
- Must be able to operate P.O.S. computer, make change correctly, and execute credit card transactions accurately.
- Must be able to deliver food and beverages on trays, which may require lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to calmly respond to angry guests and notify a manager.
