Winvian Farm is a luxury resort experience like no other. We are a Relais & Chateaux small luxury hotel located in the Litchfield Hills, about 100 miles northeast of New York City. Our staff is dedicated to exceptional guest service above all else. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced on-site Corporate Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing our corporate sales strategies, driving revenue growth, event planning and building strong relationships with our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base, including corporate clients and travel agents
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure guest satisfaction and retention
- Maintains Winvian’s high standards of service, integrity and hospitality.
- Understands Winvian’s business strategies, sets goals to meet those objectives.
- Works with Marketing team about sales strategies
- Oversees planning of booked events
