Job Responsibilities:
As a line cook at Winvian Farm, your primary responsibilities will include preparing and cooking a variety of dishes for our restaurant, including meat, pasta, and vegetable cookery. You will work closely with our head chef and sous chefs to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a positive can-do attitude and a passion for the culinary profession. Proficiency in meat, pasta, and vegetable cookery is required, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Night and weekend hours are required, and we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including two weeks paid vacation.
