Job Description

As Safety Manager, you will take the lead in protecting our employees, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture where safety comes first. From on-site inspections to hands-on training, your expertise will make a tangible difference in our operations and our people’s well-being.
What You Will Do:
- Design, implement, and manage our comprehensive safety program, aligned with OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance on health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Conduct site evaluations to identify hazards, ensure compliance, and promote safe work practices.
- Train employees and supervisors on essential safety protocols, including the use of PPE and emergency response procedures.
- Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain meticulous safety records, including OSHA logs, environmental reports, and training documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement by monitoring trends, identifying risks, and proposing innovative solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall safety initiatives.
What You Will Bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, safety management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–7 years of proven experience in safety management, preferably in construction or electrical industries.
- Certifications such as OSHA 30 and first aid training.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and educate teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with safety software/tools.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with sound judgment and adaptability.
What You Will Experience:
This role involves a mix of office work and on-site responsibilities. Be prepared for:
- Traveling to job sites for safety evaluations and team training.
- Physical tasks such as walking job sites, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Exposure to construction environments, including varying temperatures, dust, and noise.
